NEW - RECORDING OF FIRE SAFETY MEETING AND Q&A'S
2 April 2023 - Fire Safety Policy
An updated Fire Safety Policy has been implemented from 2 April 2023 as a resut of the commissioning of the new fire alarm system and release of the Waking Watch. The Policy explains the evacuation procedure and the responsibilities we all have to keep ourselves and each other safe.
A revised Fire Safety Policy Notice has been issued - this is being provided to all leaseholders as a laminated A5 document that can be attached to the inside of the front door and ensures that everyone using the apartment is aware of the fire evacuation procedure.
Communications to Leaseholders - a series of fire safety communications are planned as work progresses and will be posted here
